I found it ironic that Maryland was given a D+ when it was ranked #1 by Education week. Go figure.

I for one found it particularly funny that Rhode Island was named #2 for “Spend Wisely and Govern Well” at a moment when we literally have no state level governing authority — our Board of Regents was dissolved by the legislature, and they’ve delayed creating a new one.

Also, we racked up a lot of points for only having class size regulations for LEP students.
